Last Day in Clarksdale

I started the day back is high school and then went to a community health center. Rural health care is very interesting and deserves much more thought and time than I was able to spend on it. . . I am heading out towards Michigan soon.

Med Clinic

These two are 17 and can not vote in the upcoming election. I had very interesting interviews with them both and they had some great insight on the campaign.

Back at Aggie High

I visited Aggie High School over two years ago with the American Diversity Project and met teacher Jennifer Stolle. The students and staff are very welcoming and I am excited to be back covering the school again.

Driving is NOT Awesome

I have been in the car for a really long time and this is the only photo I got to take yesterday. Safety comes first...always

Along the Border

I spent the day driving to Mission, Texas and then shooting the Texas Minute Men. They are on their October border watch. They gather twice a year and stakeout the border, looking for illegal activity.

On the Road and Stopping in Houston

I am going across country and working on an assignment for Kyodo News. Today I stopped in on the American Arabic Community Center in Houston, Texas. Along with dancing and eating, Dr. Hanna Francis was able to sign up 25 new voters.
